- Grill: medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes per side, to 165°F.
- Bake: 425°F, 18 to 22 minutes on a lined sheet, to 165°F.
- Mix bruschetta
Combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Rest 5 to 10 minutes. - Top and finish
Slice chicken, spoon on bruschetta, drizzle balsamic glaze, add basil. Serve right away.
