  • Bake: 425°F, 18 to 22 minutes on a lined sheet, to 165°F.

    Combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Rest 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Top and finish
    Slice chicken, spoon on bruschetta, drizzle balsamic glaze, add basil. Serve right away.
