6 Hawaiian Rolls
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place rolls in baking dish and cut slits halfway through each.
3. Stuff mozzarella into the slits.
4. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
5. Brush mixture over rolls generously.
6. Bake 12 minutes until golden and melty.
7. Let cool 1–2 minutes and serve warm.
Add red pepper flakes for heat. Try cheddar for bolder flavor. Reheat at 350°F for 5 minutes.
