Cinnamon Sugar Baked Peaches are juicy, warm, spiced with cinnamon and brown sugar, and served with vanilla ice cream for a summer-perfect dessert.

Ingredients

4 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Pinch of cloves

Pinch of salt

Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Halve peaches and remove pits.

3. Place peaches cut-side up in a baking dish.

4. Add 1/2 tbsp butter into the center of each peach.

5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

6. Sprinkle sugar mixture over each peach.

7. Bake 8–12 minutes until tender and caramelized.

8. Serve warm with ice cream.
