2 cups mixed frozen fruit (mango, strawberries, blueberries)

1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 banana (optional, for creaminess)

Instructions

1. Thaw frozen fruit slightly so it blends easily.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

3. Strain if needed for smoother texture.

4. Pour into popsicle molds and tap to remove air.

5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

6. Run molds under warm water to release and enjoy!
