Pitaya Fruit Juice

Bright, refreshing and packed with nutrients, this simple pitaya fruit juice recipe is perfect for hot days and easy to customize with your favorite tropical fruits.

Ingredients

2 ripe pitayas
1 cup cold water or coconut water
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and slice pitayas lengthwise.

  • Scoop out the flesh into a blender.

  • Add water, lime juice, and honey.

  • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.

  • Strain if preferred pulp-free.

 

  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Use red-fleshed pitayas for vibrant color. Freeze leftovers into ice cubes for smoothies.
