Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 g) very ripe banana, mashed smooth
- 1½ cups (190 g) self-rising flour
- Optional finishes: cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or glaze (powdered sugar + milk + vanilla)
Equipment

- Spoon or scoop for portioning dough
- Parchment paper to prevent sticking
Method
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet or basket with parchment or lightly spray.
- Mix mashed banana and self-rising flour until a soft dough forms (avoid overmixing).
- Roll 1 Tbsp portions into balls and place 1 inch apart on tray.
- Bake 9–11 minutes (or air-fry 8–10 minutes) until puffed and lightly golden.
- Toss warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar, dust with powdered sugar, or drizzle glaze. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
