Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
Cooking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the flatbread is golden and firm.
- Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
