Method
Cooking
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and heat gently, stirring until warmed through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
