Ingredients
For the Bars
- 1 cup crushed pistachios For an extra nutty flavor, toast lightly before crushing.
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers Make sure to pack firmly into the baking dish.
- 1/2 cup melted butter Unsalted butter can be used.
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the crushed pistachios, crushed graham crackers, and melted butter until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the condensed milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
