Ingredients

Wrap Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for best results.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Mozzarella adds a creamy texture.
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas or wraps Can substitute with whole wheat or corn tortillas.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing outside of wraps.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on personal preference.
  • Optional: vegetables (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers) Suitable for added freshness.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
  • Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.

Cooking

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
