Wrap Filling
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover chicken for best results.

- 4 pieces flour tortillas or wraps Can substitute with whole wheat or corn tortillas.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing outside of wraps.

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Cooking
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally with fresh vegetables or dipping sauce.
