Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120 g) pancake mix (regular or complete)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) milk (or water for complete mix), plus more as needed
  • neutral oil spray
  • ½–¾ cup powdered sugar, for dusting
  • ¼ cup cinnamon sugar (optional)
  • sprinkles (optional)
  • sauces for dipping (optional)

  • piping bag or zip-top bag

  • small sieve (for powdered sugar)

Method

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Line with perforated parchment and spray lightly.
  • Whisk pancake mix, egg, and milk to a thick ribbon batter.
  • Transfer to a piping or zip-top bag; snip a small tip.
  • Pipe ¾–1-inch dots/spirals into basket, spacing 1 inch apart.
  • Air fry 5–7 min; flip and cook 2–3 min more until deep golden.
  • Dust with powdered sugar while warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately with dips and sprinkles.
