Ingredients
- 1 cup (120 g) pancake mix (regular or complete)
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup (180 ml) milk (or water for complete mix), plus more as needed
- neutral oil spray
- ½–¾ cup powdered sugar, for dusting
- ¼ cup cinnamon sugar (optional)
- sprinkles (optional)
- sauces for dipping (optional)

Method
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Line with perforated parchment and spray lightly.
- Whisk pancake mix, egg, and milk to a thick ribbon batter.
- Transfer to a piping or zip-top bag; snip a small tip.
- Pipe ¾–1-inch dots/spirals into basket, spacing 1 inch apart.
- Air fry 5–7 min; flip and cook 2–3 min more until deep golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar while warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with dips and sprinkles.
