  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine honey, sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
