Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage (your choice of mild or spicy)
  • 2 pieces bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 piece onion, sliced

Seasonings and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the sliced bell peppers and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl. Toss everything together until well combined.

Cooking

  • Place the sausage and pepper mixture in the air fryer basket. Make sure it’s spread out evenly.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The sausage should be browned and cooked through, while the peppers and onions are tender.

Notes
