Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped dried apples, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  • If you’d like, add the optional chopped nuts or seeds and chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Once firm, scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and roll them into balls.
