- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup rice flour (or oat flour) Oat flour can be used as a substitute.
- 1 egg 1 egg
- 1 sprinkle Sprinkle of baking powder

- to taste drizzle of maple syrup Add for extra sweetness before serving.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, egg, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, sprinkle of baking powder, oats, and rice flour.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into fritter shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
