Ingredients

Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped Cook until crispy
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

Sauce and Combine

  • Pour in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and beef mixture, tossing to coat evenly.

Serve

  • Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon and chopped green onions.
