- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped Cook until crispy
- 1 lb ground beef
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Method
Preparation
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Sauce and Combine
- Pour in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and beef mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
Serve
- Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon and chopped green onions.

Notes
