- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped Ensure broccoli is finely chopped.
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Use a sharp cheddar for more flavor.
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Panko can be used for a crispier texture.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste Feel free to add more seasoning or herbs.
- Olive oil spray To lightly coat the tops.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
