- 3 cups leftover spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing the pan
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the leftover spaghetti with marinara sauce.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the pie dish.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on top.
- Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the ricotta layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes
