  • 3 cups leftover spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the pan

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix the leftover spaghetti with marinara sauce.
  • In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the pie dish.
  • Spread the ricotta mixture on top.
  • Add the remaining spaghetti on top of the ricotta layer.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
