Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana.
- Add oats and vanilla protein and mix well.
- If desired, add baking powder and any additional sweeteners or spices.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
