For layering
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Graham cracker crumbs As needed for layering.

Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the banana pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well mixed.
Assembly
- In individual cups, layer graham cracker crumbs, banana slices, and the cheesecake mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Top with additional whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
