  • 2 cups Water (divided into 1 cup boiling, 1 cup cold)
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate

Method

Preparation

  • Pour the sugar-free gelatin mix into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • In a separate container, whisk the 2 scoops of unflavored protein powder into 1 cup of cold water until no lumps remain.
  • Slowly pour the cold protein-water mixture into the warm gelatin bowl, whisking constantly to ensure a smooth, clear consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into 4 individual 4-oz ramekins or small plastic cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the gelatin is firm and set.
