Ingredients

Ribs and Seasonings

  • 2 racks racks of baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Sticky Glaze

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Make Glaze

  • In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.

Cooking

  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with the sticky glaze mixture.
  • Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Serve the BBQ Baby Back Ribs hot off the grill, garnished with fresh parsley. Pair with coleslaw, baked beans, or potato salad.
