- 1 piece flatbread

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional) Garnish before serving
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded chicken, cheese, and red onion.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.

Notes
