Ingredients
- 4 slices Genoa salami
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices pepperoni
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup banana peppers
- 2 tbsp diced red onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Italian dressing
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 hoagie roll or ciabatta
Method
- 1. Chop all meats and cheese into small pieces on a cutting board.
- 2. Add lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and red onion.
- 3. Top the pile with mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
- 4. Add oregano and chop/fold until well combined.
- 5. Toast your bread until lightly golden.
- 6. Scoop chopped filling into toasted bread.
- 7. Press gently and serve immediately.

Notes
