Ingredients

  • 4 slices Genoa salami
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 hoagie roll or ciabatta

Method

  • 1. Chop all meats and cheese into small pieces on a cutting board.
  • 2. Add lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and red onion.
  • 3. Top the pile with mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
  • 4. Add oregano and chop/fold until well combined.
  • 5. Toast your bread until lightly golden.
