- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt Base of the dip
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon dried dill Fresh herbs can be used for extra flavor
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper For a spicy kick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil Enhances creaminess
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or white vinegar To balance flavors
- to taste fresh chopped chives For garnish
Method
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, kosher salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper to bloom the spices.
- In a larger bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the olive oil and lemon juice (or vinegar) until smooth.
- Add the spice blend to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
- Just before serving, sprinkle fresh chopped chives on top.

Notes
