Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Wrap ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste Dill pickle slices (optional) Optional garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set this sauce aside.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
  • Then, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, around 7-10 minutes.

Assembly

  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread some of the special sauce on it.
  • Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.

Serve

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  • Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
