Ingredients
Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Wrap ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- to taste Dill pickle slices (optional) Optional garnish
- 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking
Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set this sauce aside.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
- Then, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, around 7-10 minutes.
Assembly
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread some of the special sauce on it.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.
Serve
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes
Serve your Big Mac Wraps with extra special sauce on the side for dipping. You can also add some crispy fries or a fresh salad to complete the meal. If you have leftovers, you can store the wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
