Ingredients
Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Beef Filling
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion Chop finely for quicker cooking.
- 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking beef.
Wrap Assembly
- 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with other types of tortillas.
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with preferred cheese.
Method
Prepare the Special Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.
Cook the Beef
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Then, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread some of the special sauce over it.
- Add a scoop of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.
Wrap and Serve
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
