Ingredients

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Beef Filling

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion Chop finely for quicker cooking.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking beef.

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with other types of tortillas.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with preferred cheese.

Method

Prepare the Special Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.

Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  • Then, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat. Spread some of the special sauce over it.
  • Add a scoop of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.

Wrap and Serve

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
