Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, pureed cottage cheese, and softened butter.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until combined.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, shaping it into biscuits.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
