Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
Decoration Ingredients
- Food coloring (pink and black for decoration)
- 2 cups frosting (white)
- Candy (for the eyes and nose)
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Pour the batter into two round 9-inch cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely.
- Once cool, remove the cakes from the pans.
- Cut one cake into the shape of a bunny head and the other into ears.
Decoration
- Place the bunny head on a serving plate and attach the ears.
- Frost the entire cake with white frosting.
- Use pink frosting to create the inside of the ears and black frosting for the eyes and nose using candy.
- Decorate as desired.

Notes
