Method
Preparation
- Slice the cabbage into thin strips, resembling noodles.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage noodles to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still has some crunch.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until it melts and creates a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
