  • 1 medium head cabbage Sliced into thin strips.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Use for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add gradually for creaminess.

Method

Preparation

  • Slice the cabbage into thin strips, resembling noodles.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cabbage noodles to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still has some crunch.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until it melts and creates a creamy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
