- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillets
Seasoning and Cooking Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust for desired spice level
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended
- 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream for a dairy-free version
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Optional for a dairy-free version
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Adds color and freshness
Method
Preparation
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and let thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked shrimp and salmon back to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
