Ingredients
- 10 –12 calamansi fruits
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- Ice cubes
- Mint optional
Method
- 1. Slice calamansi and squeeze juice through a strainer into a bowl.
- 2. Mix juice with water and sweetener in a pitcher.
- 3. Stir well and pour over ice.
- 4. Garnish with mint or lime slices if desired.
- 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
