- 24 oz cheeses (8 oz brie wheel; 8 oz aged cheddar, pre-sliced fan; 8 oz manchego or gouda)
- 20 oz cured meats (8 oz salami; 6 oz prosciutto; 6 oz soppressata or turkey/beef salami)
- 16 oz assorted crackers
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced (20–24 slices)
- 2 cups grapes
- 1 cup berries
- 2 apples, sliced and tossed in lemon
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 12 oz mixed olives
- 6 oz cornichons or dill pickles
- 0.5 cup hummus
- 0.25 cup fig jam
- 0.25 cup honey or honeycomb
- 4 oz dark chocolate squares
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 0.5 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (fall)
- fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (garnish)

Equipment
- large board or sheet pan
- 3–4 ramekins

Method
- Line a large board and place 3–4 ramekins (for dips and olives) to anchor the layout.
- Arrange cheeses evenly, pre-slicing about one-third of each type for easy grabbing.
- Fold or ribbon meats and arrange in flowing “rivers” across the board.
- Add crackers and sliced bread near cheeses and dips.
- Fill with fresh fruit and vegetables, spacing colors evenly for balance.
- Add olives, pickles, nuts, and chocolate to fill remaining gaps.
- Garnish with herbs, drizzle honey on one cheese, and sprinkle flaky salt. Finish with edible flowers if desired.
- Keep a chilled refill tray in the fridge and rotate items onto the board as needed.
