Main Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Can use low-fat or dairy-free alternative.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) For added flavor.
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Can use different cheeses for variation.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two separate bowls.
  • In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the cream cheese, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Mix until smooth.
  • In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming cloud-like mounds.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each mound.

Baking

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet. Serve as desired.
