Ingredients
For the tacos
- 1 lb Ground beef Make sure not to overcook to keep it juicy
- 4 pieces Wraps Can use flour or corn tortillas, or pita bread
- 1 cup Iceberg lettuce Chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 1/2 cup Pickles Chopped
For the sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
Method
Preparation
- Take a wrap and cover the entire surface with ground beef. Press down gently to avoid thick layers.
- Chop the onions, pickles, and lettuce, and prepare your sauce by mixing ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together in a bowl.
Cooking
- Heat a pan and place the beef-covered side down to cook.
- Once the beef is cooked, flip the wrap over to brown the other side briefly.
- Remove it from the pan and top with cheddar cheese, veggies, and your sauce.
