Ingredients

For the tacos

  • 1 lb Ground beef Make sure not to overcook to keep it juicy
  • 4 pieces Wraps Can use flour or corn tortillas, or pita bread
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce Chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Chopped

For the sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Method

Preparation

  • Take a wrap and cover the entire surface with ground beef. Press down gently to avoid thick layers.
  • Chop the onions, pickles, and lettuce, and prepare your sauce by mixing ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together in a bowl.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan and place the beef-covered side down to cook.
  • Once the beef is cooked, flip the wrap over to brown the other side briefly.
  • Remove it from the pan and top with cheddar cheese, veggies, and your sauce.
