  • 2 cups marinara sauce You can substitute with any tomato-based sauce.
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.

Assembly
