- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. If using, add the cooked chicken or turkey.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the marinara sauce in the dish.
- Top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs on top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
