Ingredients
- 6 Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2. Place rolls in baking dish and cut slits halfway through each.
- 3. Stuff mozzarella into the slits.
- 4. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan.
- 5. Brush mixture over rolls generously.
- 6. Bake 12 minutes until golden and melty.
- 7. Let cool 1–2 minutes and serve warm.
Notes
Add red pepper flakes for heat. Try cheddar for bolder flavor. Reheat at 350°F for 5 minutes.
