Ingredients
For the Cups
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Use your favorite brand.
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or your choice) You can use cheddar or pepper jack for added flavor.
- 1 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, peppers, onions, etc.) Customize as per your preference.
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce Can substitute with hot sauce or salsa for the breakfast version.
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For enhanced flavor.
- as needed spray cooking spray To grease the muffin tin.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into smaller circles to fit the muffin cups.
- Press the dough into the muffin tin molds.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix cheese, pizza toppings, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Fill each biscuit cup with the mixture.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
