Ingredients

For the Cups

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or your choice) You can use cheddar or pepper jack for added flavor.
  • 1 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, peppers, onions, etc.) Customize as per your preference.
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Can substitute with hot sauce or salsa for the breakfast version.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For enhanced flavor.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into smaller circles to fit the muffin cups.
  • Press the dough into the muffin tin molds.

Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cheese, pizza toppings, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  • Fill each biscuit cup with the mixture.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
