  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste.

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Cooking

  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked chicken slices to the sauce and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until evenly coated.
