Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chicken, shredded Can use leftover roasted chicken for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes Boiled until soft.
  • 1/2 cup mixed bell pepper, finely diced Use a mix of colors for best presentation.
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup green onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 pieces jalapeños, finely diced (optional) Adjust based on desired spice level.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with different cheeses.
  • 1/2 cup carrots, boiled & finely diced

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

Method

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chicken and mashed potatoes.
  • Add the mixed bell pepper, red onion, green onion, optional jalapeño, mozzarella cheese, and boiled carrots.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red chili powder, and red chili flakes.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  • Serve as a filling for wraps, patties, or enjoy it on its own.
