- 1 cup boiled chicken, shredded Can use leftover roasted chicken for extra flavor.
- 1 cup mashed potatoes Boiled until soft.
- 1/2 cup mixed bell pepper, finely diced Use a mix of colors for best presentation.
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup green onion, finely diced
- 1-2 pieces jalapeños, finely diced (optional) Adjust based on desired spice level.
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Can substitute with different cheeses.
- 1/2 cup carrots, boiled & finely diced
Seasonings
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
Method
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chicken and mashed potatoes.
- Add the mixed bell pepper, red onion, green onion, optional jalapeño, mozzarella cheese, and boiled carrots.
- Season with salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red chili powder, and red chili flakes.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
