- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded You can use leftover or rotisserie chicken.
- 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuits Cut into quarters.
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese.
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup.
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional) Add your favorite vegetables for a personal touch.

Method
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and fold them into the chicken mixture.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
