- 2 cups cooked pasta Use any pasta shape, recommended are rotini or penne.
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken Grilled chicken can add a smoky flavor.
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with feta for a different taste.
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Can be homemade or store-bought.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
