Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbreads
  • 1 cup chicken breast (cooked and sliced) You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For brushing the flatbreads.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves (fresh) Add fresh just before serving.
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze Drizzle on top before serving.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare the flatbreads by brushing them lightly with olive oil.
  • Evenly distribute the sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella on top of the flatbreads.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
  • Once baked, add fresh basil leaves and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
