Method
Preparation
- Start by choosing your mason jar. A quart-sized jar works well.
- Pour the salad dressing into the bottom of the jar.
- Next, add the red onion on top of the dressing.
- Add the cucumbers and shredded carrots next.
- Layer the cherry tomatoes over the veggies.
- Add the cooked chicken on top of the tomatoes.
- Finally, pack the mixed greens on top. If you're using feta cheese, sprinkle it over the greens.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate until you’re ready to eat.
