  • 8 ounces Spaghetti Use your favorite type of spaghetti.
  • 1 pound Chicken breast Boneless, skinless chicken breast.
  • 1 cup Burrata cheese Torn into pieces for topping.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted butter for the sauce.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for maximum flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, for garnishing.

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add lemon juice and stir.

Combine and Serve

  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the lemon butter garlic sauce. Add in the chicken slices and mix well.
  • Serve in bowls topped with torn pieces of burrata and chopped parsley.
