- 4 pieces Chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on preferred for extra flavor
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream For a richer sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing
- 2 tablespoons Butter For added richness
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish
Method
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and let it cook for another couple of minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
For best results, brown the chicken thighs well for added flavor. Feel free to adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream as desired.
