- 200 g Egg noodles Use any type of noodles as an alternative.
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes Adjust amount to preferred spice level.
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For sautéing the garlic.

Garnish
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions), chopped For added flavor.
Method
Preparation
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in red chili flakes, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
