  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes Adjust amount to preferred spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • to taste Salt

Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions), chopped For added flavor.

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in red chili flakes, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until well coated.
