Notes
Make sure your dough is well-kneaded for a smooth texture. Don't overfill the pies; a spoonful of filling is enough. Adjust the seasoning in the filling to suit your taste. Experiment with different types of meat or add vegetables to the filling. For a vegetarian version, substitute meat with finely chopped mushrooms or tofu, and add more vegetables like shredded carrots, cabbage, or bell peppers for heartiness.
