  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate for melting (milk or dark) Let melted chocolate cool slightly before pouring over cookie dough.

Method

Preparation

  • In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Mix in the vanilla and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour and stir until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and scoop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into each liner.
  • Press the dough down to form cups.
